How long will it take for you to attend my home to carry out a survey?

  * We will attend your home within 2-7 working days.


How long would I have to wait before work would commence?

    * We try and aim to commence work within 5-10 days after acceptance of our quotation.


Do I have to be there whilst work is being carried out at my property?

    * No there is no need for you to be there, our technicians are fully trained . One of the company directors will oversee all work to the highest standard.  Regular updates and photographs will be sent to you via e-mail on the progress of work.

Will the work be guaranteed?

   * Yes, all our work is guaranteed. We only use quality products that carry ISO9001:2000 Standard and TSEK, TSE all products have full TDS and MSDS sheets.


Will the treatment work make my house smell?

    * Some treatment preparations that we use are water based, and as such there should be very little residual odour, in some cases depending on what we are treating there may be an odour but this will not last long and is not harmful.


How long will it take your Surveyor to complete the survey of my home?

   * This depends upon several factors, such as the size of your home, the nature of the problem, the ease of access that we have to the areas of your concern, and the limitations that may be placed upon our surveyor. An inspection can take as little as half an hour, or as long as a day.


Will you be able to give me a quote over the telephone?

    * No we have found in our experience that every property is different and it would be unfair to quote on work that has not been surveyed. We would wish to see the full extent of any problems so we can to provide you with a cost effective solution for your needs.


Do I have to pay for surveys and quotes?

    * No all our surveys and quotes are free of charge if you are the owner. If you do not currently own the property, then there is a nominal charge, which would be deductable from the cost of any work you have carried out by us.


What happens to my guarantee if I sell my home?

    * The guarantee is on the treated areas of your property and can be transferred to the new owner of your property.


How do I pay for your services?

   * We would ask for 50% to be paid prior to starting the work, and the balance to be paid on completion. Payment can be sent via Bank transfer direct to our Bank here in Turkey.
