A detailed inspection will be carried out at your property and a full report will be produced advising you of the most effective treatment required.

At the property the surveyor will inspect areas other observations will be taken such as rising or penetrating damp and vertical penetrating damp the survey will take into account the breakdown of wall plaster due to contamination by mineral salts, sulphates, and hygroscopic nitrates.

Areas affected will need to be taken down and treated and replastered as outlined in the report. The report will outline all work to be carried out, together with a written quotation which is valid for fourteen (14) days.

All our Surveys and quotations are free of charge. The surveyor will be able to book an appointment for you at a convenient date and time to suite you, or alternatively should you not be in Turkey, we would only be too happy to arrange collection of your keys from your Management Company or key holder. Alternatively, if you prefer we could meet them at your property.
